WORKOUT: 1. Warmup: Rowing machine, 5 minutes 2. Wide-grip pull down - 3x12 reps  3. Push-ups to max out, finish last couple reps on knees, 3 x sets 4. Alt standing dumbbell rows - 3x20 reps 5. Superset, 3 rounds: 12 Reverse fly on incline bench into 12 dumbbell flys on flat bench 6. Core superset, 3 rounds:      - Crossover mountain climbers -24 reps     - Rotational leg kicks, 12 reps, 6 each side 7.
