Together we will explore the differences between outpatient and in-home care, the types of services available and who qualifies. We will discuss coverage options and how to access these services.  Featured Presenters:  Jessica Stroh, RN, CDP Movement Disorders Nurse Care Coordinator - Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a Parkinson\'s Foundation Center of Excellence  Rebecca Zender, CCC, SLP Rebecca has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for 6 years and has been with Vanderbilt Home Care for the past 3.5 years.  She is LSVT certified.  Rebecca has also been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2007 and incorporates these skills with her patients with Parkinson’s and their families daily.   Kailee Kell, PTA Kailee has been a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for the past 7 years, with more than four of those years dedicated to the Home Healthcare setting. She is LSVT BIG certified and has a passion towards serving the PD community as a result of caring for her Grandfather who was diagnosed with PD while she was in her early teens. I witnessed first-hand the effects and frustrations the PD disease process can cause to those affected and have also witnessed the positive affects PT and therapeutic exercise can provide, which has been a huge motivating factor into my career choice and specialty training.  Ginger Devine, PT, ATP Ginny is a Physical Therapist who has worked with patients with neurological challenges for more than 20 years. She is LSVT trained and a certified assistive technology professional (ATP) working to maximize life participation and improve life quality for Vanderbilt Home Care patients.'
