'https://www.patreon.com/TheNoraShow?fan_landing=true A complete vintage fashion look depends on head to toe attention to detail. A lot of people think Flapper when they think 1920s, and although this dress could have been worn by a flapper, this is not a flapper specific dress. This would be a perfectly respectable day dress and doesn\'t actually have anything rebellious or shocking in design. When shoes, dress, hat, jewelry, and stockings all come together and create a reasonably accurate vintage sewing success, the result is quite stunning. We aren\'t used to seeing people with the matchy-match cohesive looks anymore, and when we do see it, WOW! The shoes are from American Duchess and are their Gibson Edwardian Shoes. They are perfect for the 1890s - 1925. The American Duchess stockings are \"made of delicate off-white silk, our clocked ivory silk stockings feature of tone-on-tone woven clock pattern at the ankles. They come up above the knee, are fully opaque, and will stay up on their own, can be rolled.\" I confirm that they will in fact stay up on their own the entire day. Brilliant. The dress is a 1920s dress that I\'ve sewn with a rayon matieral (with french seams) and the pattern can be found: https://mrsdepew.com/shop/ols/products/vintage-sewing-pattern-ladies- 1920s-evening-gown-or-day-dress-3062-instant-download The Hat: https://amzn.to/3ytjUva /// FTC Legal Disclaimer /// - As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. - Some links found in the description box of my videos may be affiliate links.
