'The dress I made for the Her Universe Fashion Show this year inspired by the movie Moana and I titled it \"Wayfinder\" that had a special meaning. This was a tribute to Moana\'s story, Grandmother and my grandmother who passed away as well. My inspiration was how the ocean is a friend of Moana\'s and I want to recreate the flow of water with the fabric and to honor the beautiful stingray scenes from the movie (those scenes makes me cry every time!)
