'Garbage meets Fashion at the Recycle Santa Fe Art Festival\'s opening night TRASH FASHION & COSTUME CONTEST.  Sample the astounding haute couture made from junk and garbage by inspired Santa Fe residents, ages 6 to 70.  The Santa Fe Scene is a video production team working with City Hall Live and the City\'s Economic Development Division. Our mission is to highlight the movers and shakers in Santa Fe\'s economy, and tell the stories behind the progress being made in  arts, culture, business, and more in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
