'Move over Westminster! All For Animals TV was there as New York’s glitziest pet charity event took over the Hotel Pennsylvania on Thursday, February 7, 2019 to benefit the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals, whose signature programs Wheels of Hope and the NYC Feral Cat Initiative, help save tens of thousands of animals each year.  The 16th Annual New York Pet Fashion Show hit the runway, with dozens of dogs decked out in elaborate costumes.  The event precedes both New York Fashion Week and the Westminister Kennel Club Dog Show and this year, sported Masquerade, Bollywood and Angels & Demons themed designs. It even featured the Royal Puptial Wedding of Princess Meghan Barkle & Harry Prince of Tails.   1010WINS Anchor & All For Animals TV Host Susan Richard served as one of the judges for Best In Show.  The NY Pet Fashion Show, co-chaired by pet fashion designer Ada Nieves and publisher and public relations professional Gregg Oehler, also included the presentation of Golden Paw Awards to honor those who make a difference helping animals. This year’s recipients were the Pup Scouts and Esther Mechler’s public awareness campaign, \"Fix by Five\".  Rescue groups Louie’s Legacy and Heavenly Angels Animal Rescue were also on hand with rescue dogs who rocked the runway.
