'(27 Feb 2012) GIORGIO ARMANI BRINGS A MASCULINE FEEL TO WOMENSWEAR IN MILAN The latest Giorgio Armani womenswear collection graced the runway at Milan Fashion Week on Monday (27 FEB 2012). There was a somewhat androgynous and masculine feel to the show with tailored jackets, pointed shoes and wide-brimmed hats giving a rockabilly feel, but without sacrificing feminine subtlety. The collection was splashed with bright colors like orange, fuchsia and Tibetan red. Faux fur and elasticized fabrics were used alongside silk, velvet and organza to create contrast.
