'Varun Chauhan (born July 26, 1982, New Delhi) is an Indian fashion and advertising photographer. Alongside his practice as a photographer, Varun also works as an ad-film director. He is best know for his advertising photography and have created images for a number of leading advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, JWT India, Publicis India, Lowe Lintas. He has created images for brands such as Pepsico, Kiko Milano, Vodafone, LG Electronics, Hero Motor Corp, Perfetti Van Melle, GSK, Vajor, Bewitch Lingerie, Horlicks, Shree Raj Mahal Jewellers, GS Paris Beauty, Dream Diamonds, la solitaire, ShalkyQQ, Juice Salon, La Solitaire Jewels, Iris Watches, Bodycare Lingerie, Sunar Jewels, BodyX Men\'s Underwear, Wedding Asia, Dalmia Bharat, Lays, Doritos to be named a few. His pictures has been published on the most prominent front full pages of leading newspapers like Times of India, Hindustan Times, etc along with a number of huge hoardings and billboards across the country. He has photographed an enormous number of International male and females models from across the world & eminent faces from India such as Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Shabana Azmi, Virat Kohli, Amy Jackson, Kiara Advani, Lopamudra Raut and many more on various advertising campaigns and editorials which appeared in various publications such as Vogue India, FHM India, GQ India, Men\'s Health, Harper Bazaar, Marie Claire, ELLE, Cosmopolitan and several billboards across the country. In 2014, Varun Chauhan started his own production house by the name of Paper Plane Creatives. In 2019, Varun Chauhan was seen on India\'s first reality cum modelling hunt MTV show - Mr & Miss 7 States, as a celebrity & official fashion photographer where he was seen photographing the contestants while judging for the Mr & Miss Photogenic Title. Early Life Varun Chauhan was born in New Delhi, India and lived there until he was four years old. Then he moved to Kotlkata with his family, where they lived until he was fifteen, before moving back to New Delhi, where he attended a local public school and completed his high school studies in science. Later after completing his further studies he started working in his father’s manufacturing unit of iron and steel for many years before he took photography as a profession. In his very early photography carrier he won ibibo iFashion Photographer contest in collaboration with FTV among more than 4000 strong photographers from all over India. Personal Life Varun likes to spend his time as much as possible with his family in Canada & New Delhi. His hobby includes exercising, motorcycling, gaming, reading and is passionate about the latest technology in photography, gadgets and technology.
